Shipping and Handling

In stock items will be shipped in 5-7 business days after purchase.

Made to order and out of stock items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks (BUSINESS DAYS) depending on raw material availability, type of order and quantity unless otherwise specified under each product. Our system will inform/email you
with tracking information when your order has been sent.

If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we will try to accommodate your request.

                  ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates that it has been delivered.

DIA CHARMS is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather/geographical or technical issues within the shipping company.

 We also request you ship to a location that is permanent, as we cannot assist with packages delivered to hotels that you are no longer at or reroute packages that have been delivered to previous addresses.

 Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders require a signature upon delivery so please be sure that you are available to provide one.

DIA CHARMS is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves DIA CHARMS. If your order is returned to DIA CHARMS by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order and the charges incurred for receiving the shipment.

DIA CHARMS does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

DIA CHARMS is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments.  

 

             

                                  SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders.  For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply whenever applicable at the most current rates will be paid by customer only.

All prices quoted are exclusive of transportation, PayPal fees or bank charges and insurance costs, duties, and all taxes including, you agree to pay these taxes and charges. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any liability for tax in connection with the sale, as well as the collection or withholding thereof, including penalties and interest thereon. When applicable, transportation and taxes shall appear as separate items on our invoice. 

You must have a state sales tax exemption certificate on file with us to avoid sales tax charges.  A restricted sales tax exemption certificate (per purchase order) must submit a confirming purchase order referencing the state sales tax exemption number for all orders exempt from sales tax. This we will attach with invoice while shipping the parcel so when it will be checked by the state authorities they can exempt the tax.

              EXPORT CONTROL/USE OF PRODUCTS

You certify that you will be the recipient of product(s) to be delivered by us. You acknowledge that the products are subject to the export and/or import control laws and regulations of various countries including the export administration laws and regulations of your country. You agree to comply strictly with all of your country export laws and assume sole responsibility for obtaining licenses
to import/export or re-export as may be required and acknowledge that you shall not directly or indirectly export any products to any country to which such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Products sold by us cannot be transferred, sold or re-exported to any party on the entity list or restricted person list of your country department of commerce, bureau of industry and security (bis), any party designated by the country treasury department’s office of foreign assets control, and any party debarred or sanctioned for proliferation or terrorism reasons by the country’s state department.

                                Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address mentioned on invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product
to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee
that we will receive your returned item.
